Meet Molly
Molly grew up in Friendswood, Texas, a suburb of Houston. After graduating from Friendswood High School, she attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Following graduation, Molly moved to Fort Worth and began her legal career as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm. There, she learned the fundamentals of personal injury law from the ground up. After gaining several years of valuable experience, she pursued her law degree at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law in downtown Dallas.
During law school, Molly completed a year-long clinical internship with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, providing legal advice and representation to individuals who otherwise may not have been able to afford legal services. Through this work, she discovered her passion for representing those who have been injured or wronged and advocating fiercely on their behalf.
After earning her law degree, Molly returned to personal injury law and joined a boutique Dallas firm specializing in trucking accidents and catastrophic injury cases. Today, she serves as a litigation attorney at Smith & Lee Injury Lawyers, bringing experience, compassion, and determination to every case as she helps injured clients pursue the justice and compensation they deserve.
Molly is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Rockwall County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Women Lawyers Association.
Outside the office, Molly lives in Rockwall with her husband, Andrew, and their dog. They enjoy exploring the community, cooking and baking, watching movies, and spending time with family in Fort Worth.
